The Team

Marie Betsy Sayegh is the Chief Executive and the hands-on manager of all the activities undertaken by her companies. She travels extensively in the region and spends considerable time at her family’s homes in Beirut, Cairo, and London.

Paulette Haddad has been with the team since 2005 and manages all aspects of the company’s internal operations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and she joined the team after working for the Kuwait National bank for 7 years.

Sabine Elias joined the team in 2010 after completing her translation studies at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. She manages a team of [five] Full-time staff who ensure that students, mainly of Edinburgh Business School, are given advice and support in both English and Arabic as they continue their studies. Sabine is also responsible for all aspects of any translation work managed by the company.

Elisa Awad has recently joined the team in 2018. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik. She is responsible for guiding and advising the students of Edinburgh Business School all throughout their online studies and managed the Social Media accounts of the company.

Lily joined the team in 2015 after completing her engineering and finance studies. She is in charge of developing the business, optimising the operations, sourcing new partnerships and negotiating with public and private institutions across MENA. She also works with other entities of the Sayegh Group to expand the group's overall reach in the Middle East and Africa.

Wadih Wakim manages all aspects of the accounts and financial services of the company.
